depends on what kind of headset you have. for me with my quest 2, i use a link cable and then boot it through steam vr

Can you use your controller? I can move my head，but my hand couldn't move,what I can do is just looking my hands laying on the floor,I couldn't use the menu either.

scaling tab on the left side of the menu, top right is player scale iirc

sounds like a connection issue, make sure your drivers and everything are up to date, and if it doesn't work launching the game directly try starting steamVR first then launch the game

use the search function on the site to search for the proton drive mod repository in this thread, open that link, navigate to skins, then find the skin for aroura and riley then download them

once downloaded, unzip the files and drop the folder into heat's "mods" folder. you may have to enable to mod in game as well.
