Yes, just throw everything into the Mods folder, don't forget to unzip the files
Although I must warn you, I wouldn't recommend launching the game with every single mod in the folder, (at least in my case) it drastically increases loading times and lags a lot

You know how to fix this issue?
If you're trying to load every single mod at once you'll have to give it time to process, my honest suggestion, load just the mods you really desire or try them out in batches
if on the other hand you're referring to the mods not loading at all, try reinstalling the game and make sure there's no funny characters in the directory (Languages different from English tend to cause a lot of issues)
So, what about "shader holes"? Anybody found out what is it already?
In my limited experience, it changes the way artificial holes handle penetration, they're now extremely stretchy, though I'm 90% sure it only applies to the original purple one, any other "hole" seems unaffected by it
