Any answer for low priority tickets?

Will it ever get a response? I thought, "Hey, its not that important so I dont expect a answer after tomorrow." but now im waiting for over 1 month. Does it even makes any sense to set priority other than "urgent"?

I got an answer to a low priority ticket on the same day. I don't know if this helps you but I got an answer. Was my only ticket thus far though, so I don't know how long it usually takes.
