But I am writing this just to know if there is any completed RPGM game where a female character remains naked throughout the game without any clothing and also contain elements of exhibitionism and female protagonist (but there should be no pissing and no scat)

Complete and MC is naked throughout. It is extremely short though, IIRC there are 4 paths and following all will take no more than 30 minutes.

Now thats very specific, and while there probably are some japanese games that fit, remembering any of them or finding them by the japanese symbols would be really tough. Also, remains naked by force or by own will, since the option to go naked is in many games, actually being forced to right from the get go is quite rare.

Only remember a recent game that kinda fits, was about a female with a curse that did not allow clothing to cover important parts. That might be possible to find within reasonable amount of time.

Other advice would be to check the english DLsite page, and check the tags there for games, think one tag was called outdoor exposure, guess that comes closest, or use any other tag, and then maybe sort by best rating.
If you find something you want to check, there is a RJxxxxxxx number when you scroll down, search for that RJ number online and you might find a download link, more chances if its a popular game.

Granted they have a much smaller amount of games on the english one, and if you are willing to navigate the japanese one you will find more, but also got to find out which japanese symbols mean the tag you are looking for.

Well it seems your suggestion might work however there are some games which I have find and some which has things that I don't want like loli,shota,incest,Scatology,Rape and also parody of other known titles from various anime,manga and visual novels .And the advanced doesn't have the exclude option,Well I may keep on searching for the game I like which involves 'a female character remains naked throughout the game without any clothing and also contain elements of exhibitionism and female protagonist' without the things that I don't like such as 'incest,Scatology,loli,shota,Rape and also parody of other known titles from various anime,manga and visual novels'.

Well, as said before, its pretty specific, and I just realized you mean without any clothing, as in, completly without anything.
Also your mentioned no-go's remove a lot of options, especially the non "rape" part, since you are very specific im kinda thinking you want to see only really consensual things. As in, no doubt, not even groping or "ashamed first and enjoying later" content.

But lets see if something at least helps a bit. First, the "cursed female" game I found after some searching actually has a thread right here, and that also means it has a translation. But it definitely has some content you could call non-consensual.

Next one would be one I played a few years ago in japanese and now it also got translated and landed here. The interesting part is that the clothing is bodypaint, with various exhibition states and also the option of being completly naked at some point. Heres the link

And last, having played way too many (adult) games over the last 10+ years, I kind of doubt anything will really fulfill all your wishes in one game. So heres a suggestion of a game in the making that at least plays a lot with the exhibition idea and checks pretty much most of what you mentioned. Might be worth for a watchlist, as it hopefully will be finished some day.

Last advice, F95zone is not what I would call a japanese games oriented website. There are people here that played those (like me) and many games in the making are highly likely influenced by the japanese industry, but for example only translated games get uploaded and also the site is still kind of new. There is also only a really manageable amount of games finished by western developers. So the big treasure trove of content (of every kind) definitely lies within the japanese games, really hoping that changes a bit in the future.

So the advice is, check other websites, as in ulmf and hongfire. And maybe ask there in the forum, they are the go-to sites for that. Maybe someone there remembers a game that nearly perfectly fits.

Well the knight one exposes only the breasts and vagina but I will give this one a try along with leonas one
