To give an example, there's a Kuroinu Fangame called Kuroinu Rebellion which is basically just a Fanmade Game in the world of Kuroinu with a Vanilla twist and being a Self Insert and if I recall there's a Fanfic in AO3 that focuses on giving like happy ending to certain Hentai Doujins like Ochiba Tori which I can't actually find anymore.
