Are there game developers from India in the community?
Would you mind sharing your development experience?
How do you monetize your game? Considering the fact that their is no clear guideline on what is and what is not *lewd* when it comes to such media according to Indian Law? And, from what I have heard , it is not safe to use platforms like Patron as the IRS can ask them about the source of your income , leading you into a mess.
Any meaningful comments will be appreciated!

I don't have any development idea but as per I heard you cannot monetize NSFW contents in India since we have serious laws against it...the only way NSFW contents can be monetized is Indian developers either living in abroad or Indian developers working with foreign developers in making of any NSFW game under foreign production company.. through which the foreign company earns the monetary share and which can be distributed to the developers by other means...this will save developers from any such legal troubles untill the content does some serious stuffs which may grab attention which is unlikely.
