don't play that many games these days. And I don't know of any that's _very_ similar to mine. But I'll give you some of my favorites:
"Prepare Uranus" is kinda cool! I've only played the version here on F95, but I think the steam version is much bigger.
"The Hunter" 1 and 2. Or any game by Ark Thompson, really.
"The Big Thaw" is underrated
"Tentacular" by Jackerman

Well, THAT is certainly SUPER rare. I like piercings of fun bits myself very much and played tons of games with them too but i can't remember even a single one where i saw an anal piercing.
I know i've seen them before somewhere but i can't recall where lol, it was ages ago.
Heck, you'd have to be lucky to see a nice clit piercing. The only rather common piercing (of fun bits) you'll see in games is nipple piercing.
