I don't think you'll find many, and I'll explain from the perspective of both a new game developer and a veteran porn author.
1. Ever noticed how in the media (movies, books, TV etc) families tend to be very small? Mostly only mother, father and 1-2 children. You'll almost never encounter larger families. Why? Focus.
The more characters you add, the more your reader/player/viewer has to remember. Another name, another face, another relation. So any character you add must be meaningful and the more characters you add the more focus you lose.
2. In porn, most characters will have one role: an object of desire. The rare ones who are not will represent a fetish or taboo or highlight the MCs personality in some way.
As you can see, the "good" father takes focus but unless he is an asshole or wimpy, he can't represent a fetish or taboo. A dead father is a great (if a little cliché) asset: he can introduce drama and mystery into the game, can explain in a way why a young MC acts more mature than his age and a lonely mother who needs comforting... well, you can never have too much of those, can you?

jokes aside, s.h.e.l.t.e.r. had a good dad I think? the 2d post-apocalypse one. there's at least 2 games called shelter.
either BADIK or WVM has a good dad, can't remember which was which because they're both crazy boring. I think probably it was BADIK.
milfy city. but that scam is never gonna finish.
the milfy city dad is the only one of these that brings anything to the story. he's used as a prop to create a cheating angle with the flat mom relationship. but even there the effect would've been much much stronger if the dad was a scary asshole who'd game over you if you got caught.
there's just not many upsides for having the dad alive. the main exceptions are 1) you want to fuck the dad, 2) ntr, 3) dad's the antagonist to your protagonist. if you don't want those he's just wasted development AND reading time.
one of the upsides of a dead good dad that wasn't mentioned yet, is you can avenge him. dead good dad is very very useful so many ways.

I can see what you are saying. Time spent on a character that isn't really going to advance the story takes away from adding details about the main characters. Thanks for explaining that.
All good points. As for the milfy city dad, at first I he was a decent dad, hard working, loves his kids, wants to provide, just a weak/spineless person. Then you learn he's cheating and being a submissive, at least that's what I remember. So yeah, not a loyal husband.
