Games like Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 have 'sex scenes' but they're quite tame.. I'm looking for something with actual sex.
Any games, like actual games, that actual have sex in them but it isn't necessarily the main focus?

Your best bet is going to be modding already existing games like Skyrim, BG3, Starbound, Fallout 3/4, Rimworld and a few others.
