I also played Diviner Knight Tawako. Trying to find more games like that with English translations but no idea where to start, I have little experience with VNs as I mostly only played RPG maker games. Can someone recommend something along those lines?

Pretty much all of Lilith's games follow the same formula (corruption/mind break/rape/ect.) Look into their catalog if youwant more similar VNs
