Seeking Any games like the old Naughty Babysitter 1 & 2 flash games?

I enjoyed Naughty Babysitter when I was younger and recently found out there was a 2. Though it's not exactly as explicit as I want it to be.

Are there any games that have similar gameplay, i.e. point and click on a single scene to find the right combinations to make stuff happen and eventually do explicit things to a girl?

Initially overlooked you want a single scene. Why exactly? Then I can only think of
Christmas Eve In Metropolis and games by Brozeks & Grozeks or worse, but these are rather nasty, I'm guessing not your taste at all. You may find some more searching for engine flash, maybe in collections.
I enjoyed a 'trapped in a window' flash game a long time ago.

I think there's more your taste if you do not limit to a single scene. then I'd suggest:

The architect
summertime saga
Mist
Milftoon drama
Adventures of willy D
Maybe you'll also like games by BBBen

Oh, the "single scene" thing was just an off-hand comment to find something similar to the games, it didn't need to be a single scene.
