There was a 2d VN set during the 80's in Hong Kong. It was a lesbian romance and it's on the site but I can't remember the name as it was a little too slow paced for me and I didn't finish, but it totally had all the 80's vibes you may be craving. I'm sure if you do a search and use lesbian and 2dcg as filters it shouldn't take you too long to find.
