I recently played Power Vaccum and loved the way they gotta share bed. It made some great intimate scenes. Would love to know if there are more games like that!
Depends on what you're looking for, there are actually plenty of games where MC can opt to share a bed with their mother for one night, though it's basically a repeatable scene.
Some of these include Summertime Saga, Insexual Awakening, Sweet Affection, and some others.
However, I'm not sure of games where MC shares a bed with mother in the long term. I'm certainly intrigued by the idea, would be a refreshing take to always wake up in mom's bed as the MC's "morning home base" after romancing her. Also could be source of slow corruption due to sharing a bed for so long.
I'm curious what the other answers will suggest to this post.

Straitened Times - in this game MC live in motel with his mom and two sisters and they have a total of 2 rooms and you decide who you want to share the room with and whether you want separate beds or just one bed, so you have the option of choosing a room with your mom with one bed and then you sleep together every night and you have the option to change rooms every day at the family dinner
The Twist - MC can set mom room and her bed as default to sleep in, of course this option is only available when you have reached a certain level of affection with mom.
Dark Magic - MC can sleep with his mom in her bed whenever he wants, of course this option is only available when you have reached a certain level of corruption of mom.
Summertime Saga - MC can sleep with his mom in her bed whenever he wants after having reached a certain level in their relationship
