Light of My Life has the most realistic depiction of a character with anxiety I've ever run across in games. Plus most of the other main characters have real character arcs
LoML is excellent. Also check out DeLuca family (the Luna quest Arch especially)

Laughed a lot, but also felt the drama about the desperate sitution.
The DeLuca Family After latest update probably on same level of sadness like the Futurama episode about Fry's dog ;_; Maybe even higher up.
Army Gals Don't get confused from the early sex scene ... some sad story plots awaits you.
