My own game, Horny Mage Academy, has this in a curses/blessings system(as well as minorly tracking a hornyness/lust mechanic during combat/some scenes that makes you open to sexual attacks).

You must be registered to see the links

can cause you to orgasm randomly during events (mostly classes, sometimes in clubs/jobs), change your fertility, etc, while

You must be registered to see the links

can make you weaker, unable to resist certain events (feelings of uncontrollable love!), change fertility as well, etc etc.

It's not a complete system yet by a longshot, needing some expansion in future updates, but the basics are there if you put your character down a "religious" path (corrupt or pure, either way)

There's also parasites (only one right now, slimes) that work somewhat as a status effect (latching onto you from events during combat or certain scenes) that have sexual effects as well as gameplay effects. Again, not fleshed out enough yet that I can really say it's got a huge variety of content yet though.

Yeah that's what happens when you drop out of art school to get a computer science degree instead(not that I regret it, I was running out of financial aid and wanted to get both, but was facing discrimination from female teachers in the art program that was making things difficult).

My current level is closer to this now, which I feel is a good amount of progress and I will likely be re-doing the main character's bust in a similar styling of this one over the next month or so. I started the project with the goal of getting better at my artwork as a side-goal, and my progress has been fairly noticible if you compare, say, this newest character's design with the main characters (done in march or April I think)
