Some of the following have unrelistic characters, but there is always at least a few women with believable proportions that you can pursue (I avoid the games that don't have at least 2-3 human looking characters), sadly some of them have men with unrealistic proportions and the "seduced" women can't help but comment on it, but trying to find one where all characters are realistically proportioned is difficult (and as my interest is well designed women that's all I care about in the end):
Chloe18 series: female MC, modeled after a real person who is very thin and small breasted, and most of the side characters you meet are proportioned realistically (don't think anyone else is based on real person, but not sure), story/plot not so believable but the art is nicely done
Babysitter: male MC, most of the women are well designed, story is so-so (getting better with each update) but what really shines is the characters and their personalities
Depraved Awakening: male MC, most of the women are well designed, story is intriguing, but characters (at least as far as I've played) are not quite so believable
My Girlfriend's Amnesia: male MC, great character design for the women and story has good plot hooks and character development
DeLuca Family: male MC, good character design but VERY slow paced, I don't thing there are any actual sex scenes in it yet, but works well as the story is great and the character development is great (may want to watch it for a few updates if you are just interested in available porn)
I Love Daddy: female MC, haven't noticed any female designs that aren't realistic yet (haven't done all the routes)
Triangle: male MC, "daughter" is very well done
Timestamps: male MC, mom's are borderline over the top, but the younger characters (sis, old friend, girl friend) are all well proportioned
Love and Submission: male MC, has some good female designs but not very heavy into the scenes yet, but story is really good
Valiant Warrior Astrid: female MC, decent character design but MC is ignorant and naive for her age
Leaf on Fire: female MC, well proportioned humans, but the concept is sex with Pokemon creatures so that may not be your thing
Kingdom of Deception: female MC, 2D art but most characters are well designed and I like the concept enough that I've tried to hunt down other games similar (MC needs to prove themselves as a warrior, build up an army, take over the world, etc.), still early in development cycle so it has only JUST started the build up army phase
Long Live the Princess: male MC, all characters well designed and intriguing story (and I think Belle is trying to get another update next month)
I'm still fairly new to the site so I've not had much chance to dig into what's available, but these are the ones that I've played so far that have girls that should meet what you are looking for.
