Inspired by previews of Squid Game and having just rewatched the originator, Battle Royale from 2000, I am looking for some adult games with a similar premise (but obviously with sexy times). Anything where you are locked in some competition and/or have to kill until you or your group are the only one left or something along those lines.
Note I'm not really looking for battle royale gameplay like in Fortnite and similar games but just a typical VN style game (sandbox is ok too).
One sort of similar game I have been playing is Trapped in Mysterious Lewd Island and I really like it. I'm looking for something a little grittier but something like that would be interesting too.
