I'm sure it's definitely in Grey area right now there are definitely not many laws that say u can do it or something. But for pornograpfic material printing and publishing is illegal in india as far as i know but consuming it not. Because what ever I do in my personal safe is up to me. And that's a fundamental right. So as far as I know. But for making one just make something artistic or simple. It's an adult game as long as you don't sell to any minor or publish it in india then it's all good. But also a note make a story driven game like story should always be main part here not graphical stuff as long as you don't have any bs intentions and don't earn huge amount then it's all good. No one will stop you from making one.
