Seeking Any life-sims for potato PCs?

There's LifePlay, I really like, but I can only play it on my stationary computer, which is currently unavailable. As such, I'm looking for something that my old laptop could run without burning a hole through my table (or my lap).
Basically, I want LifePlay but for (really) weaker computers. Those who don't know, LifePlay lets you create your character, and spawn in a "real" city of your choice where you can rent or buy a flat, meet npcs, have sex with them, go to nightclubs, become a prostitute, porn actor, criminal, etc.
So, any such games?

Sorry to say this but i would avoid ALL unreal engine games if you have a potato PC, anything that has a gtx 1050 and above will be fine though, you might be able to reduce resolution for better frames but i would avoid UE games
