Can't say I was looking much but every game I can find seems to focus on female whores with a few "reverse" ones. Is there a management game about a brothel aimed at both male and female clients?
These aren't specifically brothel managers, but they are heavily focused on the management aspect.
The first game that comes to mind is Free Cities.
The original one has been abandoned, but there is a fan-made version that is still actively in development.
I cannot link it here due to Rule 7, but that version isn't that difficult to find with Google.
The second game I can think of is Strive for Power.
There is also a Sequel, but that one is still in development.
That is all that I can think about. I am scarping at the bottom of the barrel here because unfortunately there isn't really a market for Bisexual content.
Even the games I listed above are heavily male-dominated. They do have lesbian/bisexual/gay content, but it is very, very minimal, lol.

It's even more specific than you think sadly. Bisexual includes gay/lesbian by definition. I don't. ;_;
