I am looking for a manga/game/manhwa/visual novel/hentai that has a similar premise to Dark Hero Party ([RPGM] - [Completed] - Dark Hero Party [v1.01] [U-ROOM / Kagura Games] | F95zone) or mangas like Human Ranch, Hundred Storey Tower. Basically where the heroine gives up her body as an act of desperation to protect/save/help the MC. I am more into the the drama than the sex scenes which hits you really hard.
