Here in Texas they decided to put a new law that you have to use you ID to even look at porn. Cant access any cam shows or even porn hub. Who in their right mind would put that on you ID for every one and their mother to know what you do.... So, the work around it VPN. Any suggestions? Think its a serious overreach, huge invasion of personal privacy of what people watch and do in private.

Opera browser used to have built-in VPN
It was banned in my country, but maybe it works for you.

Any one in particular?
People recommend to use a VPN that doesn't use logs and is not based in any of these countries:

I have no real recommendation, and I feel like if you search the web for recommendation, a lot the 'recommendations' are just people affiliated with the VPN they're promoting.

I would suggest trying out a trial version first though to see if the speeds you get are acceptable. And everywhere you go there will be some 'crazy' 80% off deal lol. You're not actually getting a deal, that's just the price lol. Some VPNs might not support p2p, so make sure to check if that's important to you.

Also, when you get a VPN, use the killswitch or you'll have IP leaks. If the VPN doesn't support ipv6, then disable it on your computer. If you're torrenting, bind your IP address with your bitorrent client to the VPN's IP address.
