For side-scrolling games, one's I'd recommend:

For side-scrolling games I'd mainly recommend "Anthophobia" which is this
post-apocalyptic setting where you fight plants and plant-zombies.
Anthophobia Features:
- No time limit
- Character can be grabbed upon which a pixel animation plays
- One CG image for each enemy type (shown on game-over)
- Legitimately challenging when played on hard mode (though controls are a little awkward)

The only other side-scroller I'd recommend is DepraviA, but it's heavily focused
on guro content so not for everyone.
DepraviA Features:
- No time limit
- Legitimately challenging when going for 'S' rating on stages
- Gruesome death animations for all hazards + some CGs (forget which stuff got CGs tho)

On the topic of RPGM there are a ton out there, so I'd help to have some additional
information on what you like.
Roughly I'd categorize these by two criteria:
1. Is the h-content primarily on-combat-defeat or from miscellaneous world events?
2. Is gameplay primarily turn-based combat?

Personally I don't like on-defeat content that much because most games are so
easy that the only way to see the content is to deliberately suicide your character.
I also prefer non turn-based stuff, but those games are a lot less common.

Anyways, some games you could try are:

The Counterwar of Queen Ilyss
- Turn based combat
- H-content on defeat but also from other events
- Beautiful art-style and main character in my opinion

Rune's Pharmacy
- Turn based combat exists but is not the focus
- Large variety of h-content from events
- Lot of content

Prostitution! Exhibition? Magic Girl RPG
- Turn based combat
- Most h-content comes from events

Lilim Union: Dream Demon Zone
- Turn based combat
- Most h-content comes from events
- Tons of content
- Game is split into time segments and most quests have a time limit, which can
be troublesome at time

Material Girl
(not technically rpgm)
- No combat
- "life simulator" type game set in modern times with h-content from world events
- I think plot was some sort of "parents left me alone with debt" thing
- Good variety of situations

JO Fight ( )
(not technically rpgm)
- Similar to "Material Girl"
- Some combat that uses guitar-hero key-stroke timing mechanics
- "parents left me alone with debt" plot

Unbreaker is pretty nice, the protagonist is a superhero making her way through the enemies secret lair and getting raped along the way. There are unique knockdown rape animations from all the enemies covering a wide number of fetishes and each level has a an interactive bad end if you die. Also if you die and restart the level you'll respawn in varying bondage outfits depending on which enemy you lost to and have to find your clothes, the ending also has some variation depending on how many times you were defeated and each bad end will get worse with progressive defeats.
