I wouldn't call that "fucked up", it's actually a very good game with a strong plot. I think I experienced some problems with my stomach thanks to this game https://f95zone.to/threads/enzai-falsely-accused-final-langmaor.30824/ it's pretty much disgusting and descriptions make you burp shit all the time. Also ugly artwork will make your eyes bleed. Now, this is what I would call fucked up.
My friend once told me https://f95zone.to/threads/saya-no-uta-the-song-of-saya-final-nitroplus.7614/ is fucked up but I think it's a masterpiece and the best vn ever made. And maybe https://f95zone.to/threads/blacksouls-final-eeny-meeny-miny-moe.29512/ is a little different too.
