Seeking Any really great, serious Medievil, or Urban Fantasy Adult Games?

Are there any really great, serious Medievil, or Urban Fantasy visual novels?

Preferably something very well paced, and has really good, descriptive combat.

Edit: I think I confused you all when I said combat. I don't need a combat system. It doesn't need to be gameplay. I mean like characters are physically fighting each other as part of the story. You know, like in a fantasy novel like Lord of the Rings, and Game of Thrones. I'd love to see some swords and magic battles where the game describes what's going on really well.

It sounds promising, but it's only been updated once, and it hasn't been updated in 6 months.

Nothing that fits your exact requirements. To Be a King (does this count as medieval? ) and The Swordbearer are pretty good but there's no combat system. For urban fantasy, i would highly recommend Detective Necro but again, it doesn't have a combat system. These are just pure visual novels. If combat is important for you then you're probably better off looking for RPGM games but i don't play those so i wouldn't be able to help you there.

I think I confused you all when I said combat. I don't want a combat SYSTEM. I want a story that happens to have combat.

The Book Game of Thrones for example has combat in it. Highlander is a movie that has combat in it. Lord of The Rings has combat in it. The comic spider-Man has combat in it.

Hasn't anyone here read a fantasy novel before, or read an action heavy comic book before? Please tell me that you know what I'm talking about.

Well, the MC in To Be a King is a general/soldier and there are times when he has to fight, if that's not good enough for you then i don't know. Games that feature fighting/combat heavily are most likely going to allow the player to take control of the action, which is why i said you should look at RPGM games.

Superhuman!!! Medieval? Forget that as This shit is Action Packed!
