Seeking Any recommendations for a text based game with co-op in it?(Open to MUDS)

Asking out of curiosity after playing/reading COC II, Free Cities and Lilith's Throne. Curious to see If there's anything text based like that I could play with my friend. It doesn't necessarily need to be hentai or anything like that or even have graphic's really. Any MUD/DOS like game that's sandbox like that offers customization and be able to do anything would be preferable. I've never really played MUD games but I'd certainly be open to them. I already know nothing like Lilith's Throne exist but I'd thought I'd ask anyway since I'm not too familiar with anything heavy text based past eraTohoK. Now that would be fun to play with co-op wise lol
