Familiar Spirit of the Demon Lord is from the same developer, their other games aren't translated sadly. Maybe A Boy And His Perverted Oneesans' Happy H Apartment Life.
If anyone else ends up here, "My secret summer vacation" is the same type of game. The art is shit but the build up is entirely the same."A boy and his oneesans" one isn't remotely the same thing tho, that's more of a 100% femdom thing like succubus tower.

Depends on what you liked about Spoiled Child. The artwork is kind of similar, and your the younger boy around older (and big breasted) girls. A big bonus is that it's a shota game that's allowed here, unlike My Secret Summer Vacation.
Ah I see. I'm not into Femdom at all. From what I remember the protag was like a really small and weak high school student but not really under shota rules. One of the female characters is totally a loli though, albeit oppai loli. Then there's like Insexual Awakenening/A zombie's life which is like 300% below dat line and still here.
