Any tags that are an instant "no" from you?

Out of pure curiosity, I'm wondering: Are there any tags that, if you see them, instantly turn you off of a game? If you have a reason besides just simply not liking it (which is completely understandable) and you feel comfortable sharing it, why?

I'll start.

Generally, anything marked NTR puts me off immediately. Having a character I'm supposed to like and be together with, whether as a romantic interest or actually together (girlfriend, fiancee, wife, etc.) then seeing them be stolen from me doesn't exactly turn me on, instead it kind of uh... hurts? Which I'd think is understandable.
Female Protagonist usually puts me off immediately as well. Usually it's all sorts of stuff like rape, ugly bastard, tentacles, corruption, etc. that I hate along with it, so I've just sworn off the tag as a whole.
Yaoi/Gay since... I'm a straight male. So... I think it's kind of obvious why.

Anyways, what are some from y'all? If you don't have any, what tags are an instant "yes"?

Real porn: I can get better of that all over the place.

Loli: besides getting super uncomfortable and turned off with the content, this seems like tag that will end you if non-F95s find out. Really the only tag I've felt shame with the content.

Gay: just not my cup of tea, BUT I'm trying to get better about reading additional tags on games with it. There's a few good VNs that have maybe one avoidable gay scene,or one so short I just don't care, and then the rest is up my alley.

Sissification: i mostly just end up laughing at how ridiculous these games get thatn enjoying them. No.shame, but I just can't get behind the story in most.

Beastiality: if its a core focus, NOPE!, but some games like Project Miriam have aboidable scenes that I just peace out around, so somewhat soft no.

Censored- Self explanatory.

Futa/trans, futa/trans protag ( one of those tags needs to go as it's redundant ) Only need 1 dick on screen.

Gay/trap- See above. I only like my females feminine.

No sexual content- WTF is it even doing here?

VN/KN- 99% of the time the speech is too long winded and end up skipping it all.

Text Based- I want images, not words.

Netorare/ cheating- Not being faithful is a turn off.

Big tits- 99% of the time it's a major turn off, as the developer makes them ungodly huge for no apparent reason.

Scat/ Urination- Self explanatory.

Real porn- Pornhub, redtube, etc... has better.

Vore- Self explanatory.

I can keep going, but I'll leave it at that.

A 100% instant no? That's a tough one. "Censored" comes close. The game damn better look amazing in every other way, else forget it. Also when I'm looking for female-MC corruption games, "Japanese Game" and "Rape" almost guarantee bad, tropey character development. And if tentacles are involved too, I'm out for sure.

Generally, if a game has gay/yaoi/trap, it's focused on that, so it's safe for me to ignore. There are exceptions like Seeds of Chaos.

I have no instant "yes", but nowadays "corruption" is a bare minimum and I look for indications that it's going to be done in a way that I enjoy.

Oh, "kinetic novel" is a tag? Yeah, okay, that one really is 100% instant pass for me. It's where I draw the line between game and not-game.

I hate NTR, but I don't get dissuaded by the tag being present, because TONS of games have NTR, but it's avoidable, so you could be passing on a whole quality game over a feature you can avoid, and many use NTR as a consequence rather than a feature (as I recall the LOP games do this)

As for tags I always avoid?

Gay, Beastiality, Futa/Trans, and Female Protagonist

The first three are just stuff I'm in no way into and just don't want to see it on my screen. FemProtag is more because in general I tend to project myself onto the MC, but more than that I like a game with one dude and multiple women, where as a lot of femprotag games are the inverse (or lesbian which doesn't do it for me either)

Don't play guro stuff either, but that's not a tag here.
basically not a fan of gore and gross out horror combined with sexual content.
I tend to avoid scat and bestiality too because i don't like them but there are games that have the tag like Defending Lydia Collier and Power Vaccum respectively, that i play and really enjoy so those are not an automatic no.

I'm sure I answered this before:
  1. Shota/loli: No questions, instant discard. Next.
  2. Female protagonist: It doesn't matter if I self insert or not: I want to see naked guys, not girls. There are one or two FP games that I played though.
  3. Lesbian: Lesbian sex does not do anything for me, kinda like straight sex where you only see a floating penis. If it's a lesbian focused game, it's a skip, same with the vast majority of straight games
  4. Scat: Self explanatory
  5. Censored/No sex content: I'm here for the lewds, If I wanted a game without sex content, or censored, I would look elsewhere.

How is that redundant? One is whether the MC is futa/trans, and the other is whether other characters in the game are futa/trans.

I think he was talking about either futa or trans is redundant. I mean, they're not, they do actually mean two different things. Futa's literal translation is hermaphrodite and it's more artistic definition can range from that to a fictionalized version of a woman with a dick. Usually there is no explanation given, but sometimes magic or a curse is given as a reason, etc. And trans is just...trans. Someone who has transitioned or is transitioning.

Ah, figured that part was just a given but I suppose some people who don't really care for it don't understand the difference. He's doubly wrong, in that case.
