Any way to speed up Auto Forward Time?

Is there a way to speed up Auto Forward Time beyond its limit? I find the text progresses too slowly even if I slide the bar to the maximum speed. Thanks for help.

Slide it the other way. The value represent the time past waiting between two dialog lines, not the speed of the auto-forward.
