I can't remember the name of it but it was some Renpy game where the guy is taking like an experimental drug from some company and I think the side effect is it feminizes him or something like that? I know the game starts out with him on a train and I think he's going to see his sister or something like that? It's probably been since abandoned because I haven't seen it in a while but I'm sure there were at least a few updates since I last played it.
