If you asked that question on the Daz "Commons" forum, there's a good chance somebody could answer. They get a lot of that type of question, and there are some pretty sharp eyes that can usually answer. Alternately, you could PM outoftouch there...

You might also be able to contact Outoftouch via Renderosity. Click on his name on the product page, and that'll take you to OOT's profile page. At the top, you'll see a 'contact' button, which will open up a window where you can type your question.

It looks like that character has been used in several promos for OOT hair, so there's a STRONG possibility that it's a custom character that OOT uses specifically to promote his own products. Product artists will in various cases not release said characters, because they are based on other 'non-resource' characters and 'non-resource' morphs, and Daz has rules about that...

You can 'bake' the morphs together to make a character into it's own morph, but that's technically against the Daz rules if you want to resell it. Daz prefers that you keep the morphs broken out in this case, primarily so that they can get people to buy those morph packages and/or associated characters. That's not to say that people don't still do it, but Daz PA's generally avoid this.

If they use programs like ZBrush to achieve the new character, that's fine of course, as long as no other characters were used in the creation of the character (unless they are broken out/not baked into the character).

If you need to download a bunch of different morph packages for the character, and/or a bunch of other characters, yeah it's much harder to market it, which is probably one of the reasons why you don't see PA custom characters being marketed more.

Anyways, back to my point. Contact OOT. I'm sure he can give you an answer r.e. the character used. And, as Rich said, asking on the Daz forum can't hurt either. Others may have asked/answered this question already, and may give you a quick answer.
