Identify Anybody know which viper hentai or game this double penetration gif is from?

There are so many when I look up viper hentai I don't know which is which, v16, rsr, gts, etc. Rule34 site tags aren't much help either since they are always tagged with multiple viper tag variants

This is an edited version of the animation from viper CTR. In it Miki's head (blue haired girl) was replaced with Carla's (pink haired girl from viper RSR). The image is also flipped horizontally and framed differently. I assume it has been either redrawn or ai enhanced, because the color palette is wider and some shadows are wobbly.
