I played it about 2-3 years ago, it's a RPGM game with western art, the story is really long.
The beginning was the heroine along with her mother, suddenly an army of humans or monsters attacked her house. Her mother was arrested (or killed, I don't remember exactly). The girl ran up the mountain, into an orc's cave and almost got rape by it.
When the orc leaves, she runs down to a fort, where you have two choices, if you enter the fort with the guards, you will be enslaved, or if you have sex with an old man in the back the fort, he will reveal a secret passage for me to escape.
