OutOftouch (The hair creator) uses the model a lot for promo pictures, but it never states what model it actually is. Anybody has an idea?

It's definitely a Raiya model, just based off the skin. Maybe

or

, would make sense as Raiya and OOT often do bundles with figures + hair together. Both are likely using some kind of morphs on the chin/jaw, though.
