Anyone know who this is and what Lewd Planets is?

A friend of mine got sent a friends request by two users recently. Once 17th of June, and once today. No common friends and no common server. Both accounts are identical besides their names, a weird string of characters in their about me, and the fact that the accounts were created a year apart.
Checked out the website linked in the profile, and it seems to just be a generic 3D porn game. Only real answer I have as to why they're sending random friend requests is to advertise. Doesn't explain why they have two accounts created a year apart, and the weird string of characters in their about me.

So i'm wondering if anyone knows what this could be, what those characters in the about me is about, and if Lewd Planets is just some generic porn game.

Look like typical spam bots that spam some bullshit nobody cares about. Ignore/delete and move on.

Report those accounts for advertisement/spam when that happens.
