anyone know why (lesson of passion/sex &glory) aren't making incest game ??

Easy, they don't want to be dropped by their payment handlers, who have a real problem with taboo in particular and sexual content in general, or more precisely they like to be able to charge significantly more for such things.
It's the same way with the porn industry, they always specify step-family to dodge legal problems.
In short it is too much of a can of worms for LOP to tackle incest, they stand to lose more than they stand to gain in their view as far as i can see, whether this will do them harm when incest is the booming topic right now i don't know, it raises questions like is the incest thing just a phase that will stabilise over time or has Cersei opened the floodgates for good, the answer to this could well either be the nail in the coffin for LOP or show them to be clever in the long run.

First, they actually make Incest theme in the past. But all previous incest theme were removed ... because ... what Volta said above.
