Trying to find any gender bender games with AI generated images, found one recently but was heavily furry oriented.
Mine uses AI and has optional gender bender.
The free version has old AI images that I used as a placeholder, fyi. In a little over a week I'll be updating my website with the new version with AI images that I've spent about 3 months manually editing (redrawing hands, heavily photoshopping other stuff).
Only other gender bender game I know of that uses AI is re:dreamer
