Im looking for things similar to the Rack series or the secret horse files game, something that lets me just customize a character and have all kind of lewd fun with them.

Preferably looking for things that dont run in visual novel settings or with stories.

I checked that thread and the majority of those games are visual novels and their sandbox capacities are overly limited.

Give a try on Family trouble the prologue is a visual novel, but at chapter 1 it becomes a sandbox, with a lot of options train stats, fighting, buy weapons, etc.
