Anyone watch novels using a machine translator?

After having watched everything I plan on watching that has been translated(obviously, there is a fair amount I'm simply not interested in), so I've started using a machine translator to watch novels that seemed very interesting but to my dismay hadn't ever been translated.

While I will say, it isn't all smooth sailing: the machine seems to struggle with pronouns, there was quite the learning curve to the software, choices pretty much have to be translated by hand, and finding a copy of the game can prove EXTREMELY difficult. But, once I got all that worked out, I can read and understand enough to get a pretty good idea of what is going on and what is being said.

However, all told, I'd say I have been missing out prior to this. I've read just a few and the extra work is worth the effort because I have access to the niche of the niche that localizers wouldn't ever translate.

So, does anyone else use a machine translator?
