Is there even a single lewd game that supported the first generation of IBM PCs, with the Intel 8088 CPU with CGA graphics? I am actually curious. I know that most people today are not interested in any games for these really early PCs, but I need something to play in 86Box.

Also, expect me to make threads similar to this for later generations of the IBM PC. As I will also be seeking lewd games for AT-class machines as well.

There are a lot, best collections I found so far are on archive.org. Try starting with this and then searching both collections and members favorites, there are some real gems.
