I've been looking for a game like this for several months... The real P ones? I skip them quickly—I don't find them interesting or fun, except for one exception. But I kept hope, and I stumbled upon this one… but abandoned?? Nooo! It had so much potential to be ultimate.
Well, there were some flaws for me. First, in the beginning, it's very unclear—the hints aren't clear, and sometimes you have to click randomly to find a girl who isn't even displayed. But if you stick with it and don't give up in the first half-hour, once you get going, the hide-and-seek gameplay becomes interesting. And from the first interaction, the hints improve, even though thankfully, you don't need them as much later on.
The sandbox is the kind of sandbox I appreciate, which isn't always done this well. Right from the start, the world feels huge, even though there aren't that many locations—that part is well done. But since it's incomplete, you're afraid it'll end abruptly… When you're fully immersed in the experience, all that's missing are better excuses for the X scenes to keep you engaged. At first, there's a bit of story, but very quickly, it turns into: "Come to my place, I have a surprise for you." That's a shame because there was potential.
Honestly, the videos chosen, the characters—everything fits together well. The lack of a proper story isn't a huge problem, but they could have at least come up with better justifications. Sometimes, it just feels like clicking to get to the next scene, and the video game aspect, which was solid at first, gets lost.
It's disappointing that it's been abandoned. There are tons of girls, tons of possibilities, and zero exploitation of them, despite the game being five years old. That said, there are still several hours of gameplay, which is great, but the lack of polish really stands out—it could have been an amazing AVN.
In terms of quality, there are still quite a few good aspects, hence the well-deserved 4 stars. First, the cast and its size, the well-made sandbox—though to improve it, there should be shortcuts to access the map without going through the room… You can progress in any order you want, the scenes are repeatable, and that’s a luxury—awesome! In short, everything else is great.
