RPGM - Apocalypse Slave x Warlord [v0.8] [Noxurtica]

Decent gameplay loop on both routes albeit limited and repetitive. One is slave route where you try to do repetitive grind to survive. And the other is warlord route where you do minimalistic camp management to dominate other camps. The camp management in warlord route is better GAMEPLAY wise than the slave route. It's fun to balance the resources and stats on the warlord route. There's really only one minigame in the game which can only be played in slave route, which is kind of a bummer since it gets old pretty fast. Needs more mini games and gameplay elements.

The story is too abrupt to be of any good. And even then, I personally prefer the slave route narrative (even though I'm not into femdom that much). Feels more grounded compared to the warlord route. Warlord route doesn't have that humanizing element that is present on the slave route, making it feel like a powerplay porn fantasy than survival.

The pixel art is generic RPGM, with really good character design on the PURE 2D sprites. The pixel art animations are really great though even though we only get to witness them on the drug burglary minigame on the slave route. Unfortunately, the sex animation is just 2 frames on loop, which shouldn't even count as animation at all. This game doesn't deserve the animated tag despite having animations on the mini game, since this tag should be reserved on the sex animations.

Overall, compared to thousands of shitty adult RPGM games in this site, this is one of the decent ones. 7/10 from an adult game perspective, and a 6/10 if we're reviewing it as a game in general. Not much of a recommendation, but no harm / dismay when you want to play this game.

Oh, I almost forgot, this game doesn't have much content. Around 1-2 hours of playtime.

It's a good game, with a nice idea and that has simple and easy to understand mechanics. The H scenes (the ones I could see) are good, the arts are also well crafted, however, the game has a bug that ended my gameplay. On the conqueror's path, I managed to reach turn 16 and on the slave's path, I barely made it past turn 3 because in both situations the "End turn" button simply disappears.

Warlord path ends too abruptly, which may not give you enough time to see all Bri or other girl scenes. Ikr it's not 1.0 ver, but just allow to continue the game in order to farm submission points, given if the scenes are present at all.

Simple graphics, even more simple gameplay loop of balancing income-manpower and happiness-authority. Voice acting is present, which is certainly nice.

Judging by this thread, most players preferred second, slave path. Not a fan of submission. But I'm kind of confused, what's the point in making two distinct paths? What if they were sort of intersectional in one playthrough?

First impressions; This game looks GREAT!

After playing it for a bit; the fully voiced scenes not only make this game stand out but really add a new level of immersion which makes me highly recommend this game and rate it a 10/10

There are multiple choices, and the slave path is great so far. I can't wait for more!

Good Resource Management Game with Potential. Voiced sex scenes and good concept without stretching out too far.
Only ran into one game crashing bug. Definitely needs an autosave every day and a load function in the base next to the save button.
