Ren'Py - Completed - Apocalypse [v1.0] [EpicLust]

Its a complete game, have to give praise for that. Personally the gameplay formula becomes repetitive fairly early; however, the story is interesting enough that I did genuinely want to see what happens next.

Of the 5 factions you can join 2 (Trumpster/Road Warrior) feel like they carry a lot more weight in terms of progressing things forward.

Would have liked more of a time restraint - similiar to Battle of the Bulges - which feels like there is more urgency to decisions, especially around who/who not to try and bang.

I came for the Milfs, nothing more, nothing less. The 3 B's "boobies+ booties+beauties". You'll find all 3 in ANY EpicLust game. I love how they're also decked out wearing high heels, stockings and Lingerie. The Dev definitely knows what's aesthetically pleasing, haha

This game has a strange side.. All the girls are big boobed but most of them have very skinny legs.. Seems like the dev doesn't like thich or even average thighs compared to their upper bodies.. Which was a great disappointment, otherwise the game is definitely great..

nice gam it makes fun the animations could be a bit better and a little walktrough would be nice but for sure i like this game i hope there will be come more of this games with better animations my enlish is not the best so it would be helpfull there will be more translations in german

This game is incredible, although the story is a little strange, in general the characters and locations are very good, the animations are very well done, although I would have liked more locations but other than that the game is fine

I enjoyed it a lot. Pure dumb, but honest big dick fantasy. Very addictive and stimulating. Sandbox part could be confusing, but tips are vey helpful, i recommend them. Characters are as appropriate for a harem genre - almost 2d, but still recognizable and well designed. Faction idea is simpe and effective. Maybe usefulness of your harem in the game is under question. Yhe uses are rare, but still can be very important. Their presence on missions almost not visible. Sex scenes rendered pretty good, but animation can be jumpy and shaken. But still it's pretty uniqe abd interesting experience for me. I almost lived in this world for three days, and going to untill every breedable female won't get my baby) Thank you a lot for this dumb, but exiting fun

Very awful.

The story is okay very simple but still better then " you live now with landlady and roomate so fuck everyone" that a lot of games here have. There are a lot of political jokes so some may not like that but I don´t really mind the game doesn´t take it self serious so you shouldn´t either and that is okay.

The characters look very "special" so many won´t like that but I love when not everyone just looks realistic so no problem.

Thhe sex scenes are animated and the animations look very good but I got really bored because most don´t feel special.


But the worst thing which makes the game unplayable are the gameplay, the bugs, and the stuff that is clearly not finished even if the game is supposed to be completed in the gallery there are so many "reserved" slots which is just bad.
The gameplay is total trash, no real mission journal atleast none that I could find, too much grindind and a lot of player unfriendly decisions, like you have to pay so the girls can stay in the harem, why they should be in a harem not be prostitues.

A fun involved game. Great work from a single person developer & artist. Some fun, silly stuff in it and the branching narrative adds plenty of reply value if you want to go through it all again to find every. A good spoof on politics and open world games too.

Best game ever. My favorite game. Wish it had more FUTA girls. And for the next game please be a FUTA protagonist. there are so little games with FUTA protagonist. I love the Amzonium videos, so I would like to something similar in games too. A big fat cock FUTA with giant muscles and six pack abs is my deep fantasy. Other than that game is awesome!

Bad:
- Not the best animations. There are sex animations, but they are just a few frames and over very quickly.

I was initially interested because his last game while not being great showed promise but this game was disappointing. Firstly the satire is painfully annoying and unnecessary. This is suppose to be escapism . His characters are also not at good as his first game. Needlessly rude and no hint of progression. They all come off as the same girl just with different jobs. Its no coincidence that the characters that are the least fantastical are the most likeable. Your are supposed to build on your previous success and failures but he hasn't used any criticism from his first game. He needs to create characters that have their own goals and aren't just standing around for the hero. He needs to create progression. A real step down from him

The humour might be seen as juvenile by some but if you are taking porn games seriously then you probably need to re-assess yourself.

gameplay loop is simple but addictive, games like this are fun to play twice. Once just winging it and a second time with a guide so you can see all the things you missed.

It is a game I keep coming back to for what it is worth.

Each game this guy makes is better than the last, so if you like big boobs and oversized appendages, play this game

The game lost me when i started seeing "area in development", "this choice is under development", sorry but i can't play a game that has a completed tag but is heavily unfinished.

Cool game to have some autistic laugh, but outside of that its pretty much just click that or this, no tracker of what your supposed to do, your flow is contantly interrupted by the character punctual sleep schedule, cool but nah.

There a very few computer games which do not have any definite ending or a defined pathway (pathways) to reach said ending. This game has the former but lacks the latter...in spades.

The grinding is an overpowering feature made worse by the developer's admission that major decisions in the game are determined by chance (roll of a die/dice). This takes variables (which on their own may not have been too bad) and introduces a randomisation aspect which exacerbates the grinding and game progression to sky-high levels. An example, on most days a major part of the day will be taken up by going to the pool and meeting a girl. The girl who will be there on any given day is random. However, you need this interaction to progress on a particular path. Your alternatives are to reload a save and play again or come back another day. The former adds to the grind since the randomisation occurs at the start of the day, so you have to replay part of or the entire day, sometimes several times. The latter skews your progression with other girls (it is a harem game). Adding the the frustrating hilarity is the lack of a cogent walkthrough.

It appears that some developers abhor walkthroughs and resist attempts to have one introduced into the game. This appears to be a case in point here where the developer has purposely structured the game so as to make the creation of a walkthrough impossible.

If a player is lucky to have the die/dice roll in his/her favour the game is actually enjoyable, grotesque parody aside. If the developer actually cares, he/she may wish to remove some aspects of the randomisation. It will make the game far more appealing to new players.

I'm not from america so I don't know the politics there. But decades haven't ruined my humor. Having comedy on most things political has always been a joy, and the exaggeration is good to see here. The MC model was hilarious the first time I saw it, and this game has made me laugh in the first hour of game play. Seeing a stat for "French" really nailed it for me as I now see this game as a comedy/VN instead of the more serious VN's I've played. While music could have definitely added to my experience, I still rate the game highly for a great first hour.

People may not like the models in the game, but if you can see it in a different light it works out for the setting. If comedy was the main purpose of the author I would give it a good 4 stars. Good game even before the adult elements are added in.

not really my kind of game since there is no history its just a parody, but some things triggered me:
first: you are the last man on earth why your harem can only have 6 girls?
second: the luck events are frustating and roll back doesnt change them
third: in a game like this where you can just make aliens appears without explaining should have more diversity of fetishes, there is just one scene with futas and not even one with girls that have small tits

In all fairness this is more a 3.5, and as I don't think this is a 4 to me I preferred to lower it down to 3.

I liked the premise of the game, and allows you to work it with the factions you like. The mission system is not bad but I don't like that much the timed ones, never liked them in regular games even less in an adult game

However, some things don't amuse me that much, first is one thing that bothers me in several of this type of game, time specific events forcing to a kind of grind at a certain point to return to that part of day or week. Than I don't understand why some basic actions skip a time of day. Why would giving something to a character skip ahead from morning to afternoon, were they assembling the gift with glue?
Then for some reason if you go to a location in the base but don't find there the character you wish to it blocks you from returning there.

Also, but this is just my personal taste, would like a more balanced approach on the girls bodies, now is all giant boobs and almost all athletic, I know is a fetish to some, I would enjoy some more balance but is my taste only.

The 3 rating is then more based on my personal taste on some details that just removed part of the fun in this game for me. But if none of this bothers you there is no reason no to try it at least.

Excellent game in terms of story and animations, the women are very sexy and cute. At the level of the choices of women, there is for all the tastes. It's a real adventure, go play it ! We also have the pleasure to improve his character, a Rpg Renpy is not a simple visual novel.

The entire game felt rushed and forced, the graphics were OK but not great.
Overall this felt to me like the gameplay was intended to send a message and/or make a statement as opposed to providing a game worth playing.

this game is huge with so many girls and with the harem modyou get to have all girls at once (but maybe wait a little bit for the harem mod to be fixed because it breaks pregnancy for girls.
i am not really into muscles much and i dont really like the MC having a gigantic dick but honestly with how good this game is you can just easily ignore what you dont like to get to what you like.
the girls are all different from each others even the girls in the same faction they have different personalities and there is like 10 scenes for each girl usually.
i also didn't like the end scene it just goes on and on no option to pause, you dont really get to see the art, you dont get to see how the girl looks after getting fucked, sometimes you might miss reading parts of the dialogue which is also annoying it would have been much better if we actually had to click to make the scene go on not just be viewers for the fast paced scene.
i think Lena is probably my favorite girl, getting her into the harem was a pain in the ass though it would be much better to make her show up in certain days in the night watch so player can target them and it would be even better if she doesnt get to hold the rifle at all so we can just shoot 3 in a row.
i found the game by chance really but EpicLust is great game maker and i will play his other games too.
