I'm gonna litter this review with "you're dead, reload" and "patreon content" because that is literally half the experience.
Overall: 1.5/5
Art: ?/5 Videos and text below. If you pause the video and scroll "you're dead, reload" a tiny bit it starts playing again, click pause again, scroll to the bottom to go next, oh ya video starts playing again.
Gameplay: 1/5 I imagine the gameplay is "patreon content" good based on what I have seen so far if you can stay alive long enough to see it. Besides, everything "you're dead, reload" kills you so fast and you have to reload. I don't believe save-scumming as the only viable strategy is a good game design. I died approximately 20 times in the first 2 hours averaging a death every 6 minutes. The repeating patreon content event while exploring is annoying to put it mildly. I understand, a man is gotta eat but I don't think annoying "you're dead, reload" potential customers is a good idea.
Sound: 1/5 Minimal is being nice. There is this buzz and annoying sound that the game "you're dead, reload" calls BGM. I swear I thought something was wrong with my headset because I don't hear music, all I hear is noise, annoying noise.
Story/Writing: 4/5 I like the story "patreon content". The writing is "you're dead, reload" brief and to the point. The story is good.
Final thoughts: If you enjoy save scumming, this game is perfect for you, just remember to turn the audio off. There is a repeatable patreon content event while exploring that maxes your lust and wastes one exploration trigger.
Edit: Honestly, the game is not that bad. There is crafting, trading and plenty of stuff. But I couldn't see any of that amidst dying and getting the patreon event.
