VN - HTML - Abandoned - Arachnophilia [v0.5.1] [amd_dman]

Had to try out this game of the user on the platform who's famous to give 1 star ratings on all new games. His game must be amazing right?

Well short version:
If you like having nothing to do, have one of the worst navigations possible, no content and many missing images this game is for you.

At first I was wondering why the name is Arachnophilia but I guess because of all the bugs in the game? Well but spiders aren't bugs...

Premise (MC needs to cum and family is corrupted into helping him) is well known, but I wouldn't consider it overused. Writing is Ok. Porn and pornstar selection is Ok.

The main problems are:

• High number of bugs
• Hints sometimes completely unhelpful
• Navigation is a mess: Several different styles and order changes from place to place. Sometimes there are buttons that bring you back to the previous room. You never know where you will need to click.
• Pacing is horrible. You will need to skip plenty days.

As of V0.5 I would recommend to only play this game if you are willing to read through the code to figure out if you encountered a bug or how to progress.

Still feels like early day's of development for this game, given when it first started. Glad that the Dev found time to start working on it regularly.

The concept is pretty simple, but the character interactions is what works for me, along with the video selections. It would be nice if we can have sound on the videos, and there's a sizeable chunk of bugfixing that still needs to come.

The key is to make it as user friendly as possible to avoid a grind or getting lost. But the game is on the right track, so I look forward to seeing how this game develops.

Game is a good exapmle of html porn games. Has simple story which is easy to follow. Some bugs about hint can be frustrating. I am glad that developer does not include basic daily stuff to be nesessary for interaction like bathing or changing cloths. Looking forward to new updates to see more characters and routes.

I see a couple reviews that rated this pretty low, but this is still better than like 70% of the "Patreon Cash Grab" shovelware games that update once a month with 1 scene.

Positives:
+ Dev is active on F95, and actively replies to comments and posts bugfixes.
+ Scenes with Ava (mom) have multiple videos in each scene.
+ Sandbox is pretty straight forward, no getting lost on the other side of the map
+ NTR IS COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE
+ Story is unique, and characters aren't complete tropes

Negatives:
- Currently only 1 love Interest, so if you're not into that pornstar, might want to wait.
- No sound on videos, which is just a personal preference over having mp4s play with sex noises
- Game would benefit from having a viewable schedule, to see characters general locations

Really hope this game continues to get updates!

For a game that's been out for almost 2 years there certainly isn't much to it.

This game deff has potential, sorry for my bad english.


Good -
1. Busty Models.
2.Story lines that has NTR(which could be controversial but for me i'm ntr fan)
3. Written VN but actually it's sandbox type. I love it.

Bad -
1. Too many bugs I couldn't even progress the whole story line cus of bugs
2. empty contents - hope it would be added in future

I would still give this 5stars considering potential

Poor Yet: At first i thought game was broken. For future, please add more clear "quest track", empty grinding, Keiran progress is bugged i guess. Not a bad idea but needs lots of work. We can see 2 more girls on status page and +3 Aunt Lisa, principal and teacher in school wich is no progress at all. And other 2 out of 3 girls is also has nothing to do with yet. v0.3? I guess it would be v0.0.3, you should call these kind of starts as "prologue" or "pilot". Good luck in future updates. And oh, almost forgetting. Add your games to gamcore or some other sites so we can play them online. Not everyone is a fan of downloading HTML games. I don't mind cause i can cheat with money easily that way (i do cheat only with money, if stats are not that grind-y) And as a last thing, dude... Dont makebutton colors like blue on black. Some people doesnt know how to change HTML for that.
