Looking for Arc Unpacker which can unpack PAC files from games such as "Panty pilferers and mermaid in school swimwear". Latest build available on Github doesn't have final commit from author. A link provided leads to abandoned page. So if someone have arc_unpacker-0.11-14-g8716010 pls share.
