Are 3d apps allowed to be shared on here?

just wondering if someone wanted to share 3ds max or maya or any other 3d app like that if it was allowed? and if so could a catagory for them be created?
also sorry if this is in the wrong thread. was not really sure where to post it.

I might be wrong but https://f95zone.to/categories/development.72/ is where the dev stuff is at. I don't frequent that part of the forum so i don't know the specifics, but there are art and assets being shared there so applications that can be used for game development will probably be welcomed.
