Ren'Py Are games with real life celebrities allowed and can you profit of them?

Hey guys, I was searching for a game that features real Kpop Idols and groups but had no success finding anything useful. Now I thought why not creating one myself but before I start such a project I have some questions.
1. Is it even allowed to use pictures and videos (including deepfakes) of real life Idols and groups like Illit, le sserafim etc for a porn game? If not that would explain why I didnt find any
2. You would have to cut out any idols under the age of 18 right? Or can you make them older for the story
3. Can you legally earn money with it via patreon or itchio?

My plan for the story was that you re the manager of an agency thats about to go bankrupt and now you have to recruit various Idols (from real kpop groups) and form your own group. Then train and coach them, manage their social media accounts, plan music videos etc. You are supposed to decide which direction your group is supposed to go. Lewd or cute outfits, special events for the fans or meet and greets, etc. you get the Idea. Of course that would only work if that all was legally allowed and I didnt end up in prison.

If you are familiar with this topic and rules, I would be happy to hear your opinion.

1: It's allowed here, but not on something like patreon. Unaware of the legality of it.
2: Under 18 deepfakes are illegal, at least in the US
3: Patreon doesn't allow real porn at all, deepfakes or not. Unsure about itch. (The ones you see are just the ones patreon isn't aware of yet.)

Honestly, given the fact that it's supposed to be Kpop idols, something like Honey Select seems perfect to me. If Daz is out of the question.

Ah I didnt know about that cause I have seen so many who sell deepfakes, pmvs or similar on patreon. I dont wanna risk anything so I guess patreon isnt an option, thx <3

I know Ai generated images arent rly popular here but I think that would suit me more. I have no experience with game studios like honey select or koikatsu and dont really like that style either. I dont really know what you mean with the last sentence"Daz"?

Daz is 3D modeling/posing software used in games such as Desert Stalker. It's the most popular option. I suggested HS to you because its biggest weakness would actually be a strength for your idea. HS struggles with anything none-asian, which clearly wouldn't be an issue for you.

Really? I see so many HTML games that package actual porn. I was always surprised how they got away with monetizing actual copyrighted content lol. Some of them are making thousands a month too.

You can get away with it, probably for a while, but all it takes is one report and you'd get the boot. Either that, or you'd have to remove real porn entirely. Though, I'd imagine in the case of deepfakes patreon would be even harsher.
