Are there any Coop / Multiplayer adult games worth to play?

Whether the games are available here or not (due to the regulations) is left out. I just want to know if there are good games (not novels) like Monster Girl Island (not the kind, but the play style 3D with free movement) or House Party what you can play with your friends. Would also be ready to get the games on Steam, ITCH or something similar.
We currently play solo games through Parsec, but it's also fun to play co-op games every now and then.

Maybe there are good games there

If you want a coop beat-them-up, try Project X Love Potion Disaster.

During coop play, there are some unique lines when two characters are present
There is even a mod from a fan that sort of finishes it.
