Not sure what you're asking for here. Do you mean like any game in general or porn game that plays like GTA?
If you mean in general, I'd say Sleeping Dogs, Saints Row and Scarface:The World is Yours.
If you mean porn then idk, these open-world games with heists and stuff tend to only be made by big studios with big budgets, so you're unlikely to see something like GTA with a focus on the porn.
I remember Bonetown used to be advertised as "GTA with porn". Not the best looking game, though.
